All the parts and materials I use
are bona fide Folstaf® parts and materials.

a) Your Folstaf® / Volkstaf®* / Travlr®* (no holsters, please)
b) Your RA#
c) A note detailing what you’d like to have done.
d) Your name / address / email / phone
e) Payment in the amount of $10.00 (non-refundable) to cover
the cost of return shipping within the U.S.
(For shipping outside the U.S., please contact me.)

1) When I receive your Folstaf®/Volkstaf®*/Travlr®* I will examine it.
2) I will contact you to report what needs to be done, tell you what is and
is not covered under warranty, and what costs, if any, are involved.
3) With your approval and payment, I will repair your staff.
4) I will return your staff to you. Average turnaround time is three weeks.
Volkstaf® is now produced under the Folstaf® brand name as
Folstaf® walking super-sturdy.
Travlr® has been discontinued but we are able
—as long as our parts inventory lasts—
to service them.
